The solutions of the Aspecindustry system can be divided into large macro categories, depending on the required performances and the pre-existing situation.
This system is in fact born as a retrofit on existing situations, as well as always designed for new systems.
The different macro types of application and performance can be summarized in the following paragraphs.
The entry level of Aspecindustry consists of intervening primarily on the production process and not on the part of energy generation (see San Carlo case). The system provides for the installation of the Aspecindustry software complete with sensors, sensors and intelligent and modulating devices that make efficient use of existing energy sources, preparing everything for the second phase of Aspecindustry, in the inclusion of generation systems renewable and not, cogeneration and storage of energy suitable for the ongoing production process and continuity.
The system provides for the use of cogeneration with natural gas integrated with the existing programmable sources of various thermal and electrical nature (see case Maina, PCA, Technofabric, Ferrero Mangimi, Elah-Dufour Novi). Aspecindustry manages all sources in an integrated and intelligent way according to the needs of the production process, taking maximum self-consumption and using cogeneration, even with thermal accumulations, for a better efficiency of the system.
The solution in question provides, with respect to the aforesaid, integration into the renewable energy sources system, taken over and managed in full by Aspecindustry (see case Galvanotecnica, Rivoira). The added value lies in the fact that Aspecindustry always gives priority to the use of the most economical energy sources, such as renewable ones, be they a photovoltaic, a wind energy, a solar thermal or a waste waste boiler. Aspecindustry integrates and manages these energies in an intelligent and economical way, integrating them in second place with cogeneration and in third, if necessary, with traditional systems in an automatic and indipendent way. During the design phase all the implementations will be implemented, such as thermal and electric storage, which make renewable and non-programmable renewable energies more usable and effective.
The maximum efficiency and effectiveness of the Aspecindustry system is expressed in this solution, where the plant becomes a true smart-city on the island (see Gai case) fed priority by any type of renewable energy (photovoltaic, solar thermal etc...) and, in a secondary way, by co/trigeneration. Here the UPS Piller system for flywheel storage interconnection allows 100% use of renewable energy in self-consumption and ensures, with the electrical storage unit, absolute continuity even for different MWe powers in combination (or not) with the group electrogen according to the chosen technical/economic setting. This system is therefore totally and exclusively powerd by renewable energy, as the by-pass of the Piller and the flywhell accumulation guarantee that in the moment of flexion of the renewable system (the typical cloud that covers the sun or the wind fall, or the lack of wood chips or processing waste on a boiler), this is replaced, in real time, by cogeneration that integrates into the system and is supported in transit by the energy accumulated in the flywheel Piller. In this way you never absorb anything (or almost) from the electricity grid, which works exclusively as a reserve. The savings, efficiency, continuity and safety for all electronic/robotic components will be at the highest possible levels.
